For MVP testing, The Work Crew uses the project email address [email protected] and tools such as Airtable, Cloudflare, Gmail, Google Drive, and other service providers to operate the business.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the website, forms, emails, orders, applications, payments, files, links, and communications. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, file hosts, or tools that have their own privacy policies.
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business links, industry, order details, project goals, instructions, brand preferences, examples, files, asset links, delivery preferences, payment status, communications, application details, skills, experience, availability, portfolio links, tools known, and notes needed to operate The Work Crew.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate method. This includes government ID numbers, payment card numbers, health information, passwords, private legal documents, confidential third-party data, or information about children. If you provide unnecessary sensitive information, we may delete, ignore, or avoid using it.
We use information to receive and review order briefs, assess Crew applications, communicate with you, confirm scope, request payment, assign and complete work, deliver files, manage revisions, maintain internal records, improve services, prevent misuse, protect rights, and comply with legal obligations.
By submitting forms, emailing us, providing files, applying to join, or placing an order, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent where legally permitted, but this may limit our ability to provide services or process an application.
We may use service providers and tools for hosting, forms, databases, email, file storage, notifications, analytics, payments, design, document preparation, and internal operations. These may include Cloudflare, Airtable, Gmail, Google Drive, Resend, Canva, payment providers, and similar tools. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions.
Where needed to complete an order, we may share relevant project information with Crew Members, contractors, reviewers, or service providers. We aim to limit access to what is reasonably necessary for the work, quality control, delivery, and administration.
For MVP testing, payments may be tracked manually. If electronic transfers, card payments, invoices, or payment links are used, payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. The Work Crew does not need you to send full payment card details by email.
We may send transactional emails about orders, applications, payments, delivery, revisions, policy updates, or service administration. We may also send limited business communications where permitted by law. You may ask us to stop non-essential promotional communications.
The website may use basic technical logs, analytics, cookies, or similar technologies to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site. Third-party platforms may also collect technical data according to their own policies.

Where permitted by our Terms, we may refer to completed work in a portfolio or case study. We will avoid intentionally publishing private contact details, payment information, sensitive personal information, or confidential business data without consent.
The Work Crew is intended for businesses, adult clients, and working-age applicants. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request.
Because we use cloud service providers, information may be stored or processed outside your province or country. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or government authorities in that jurisdiction according to applicable law.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, regulator, lawful request, payment dispute, security investigation, business transfer, enforcement of our Terms, protection of rights, prevention of fraud, or protection of users, Crew Members, the public, or The Work Crew.
